Synopsis
The film revolves around three different stories that delve into the idea of a post-tokhang Philippines: A struggling teenager growing up after her father gets killed, a mother who is looking for a revenge for her murdered son and a retired police officer looking for one last act of redemption.

Austin Tan is a filmmaker who hails from Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. He makes short and experimental films that tackle political and social topics through concepts that deal with memory and death and hopes to make more stories of and for the underprivileged and the voiceless. His short film “Happy Birthday, Mylene! 2023 ka na” has been screened locally and internationally, including as a selection in last year’s Cinefilipino Film Festival.

Stelle Laguda is a director, producer, co-founder and CEO of KT House Productions Inc. based in Manila, the Philippines. Now, she works closely with film/TV projects which aim to highlight the diversity of culture and history from different regions of the Philippines.
